Rule of Thumb: When choosing size, THE SHOULDER WIDTH SHOULD MATCH THAT OF THE SIZE AND THE CHEST PART SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 4 INCHES OR MORE OF ALLOWANCE (OR 2 INCHES AT TUMMY IF IT'S THICKER THAN THAT OF THE CHEST).

It is lightweight and worn untucked over an undershirt.
