More Than Money: Five Paths to Abundance and Success for Inner-Centered Entrepreneurs

Fatima Bustos-Choy, PhD is an amalgamation of her lived experiences, expertise, and education in the field of holistic self-growth, spirituality, and transformation. Fatima has first-hand experience in the pursuit of one’s potential and the consequent challenges. Once a young and inexperienced newcomer to the United States, Fatima learned to push through her fears so she could navigate the world of companies, businesses, and diverse people in a foreign land.

The undertaking was daunting. However, with perseverance and focus on her vision, Fatima gained extensive professional, corporate, and community work experiences, spanning over 30 years of frontline, and senior leadership positions in financial services and aerospace industries, and not-for-profit organizations.

Fatima is the best person to write this book. She has integrated her lived experiences as: her mother’s helper in their family business, a young newcomer to the United States who navigated her way through various jobs and responsibilities in the corporate world, a former holistic wellness headmaster for a mind and body yoga franchise, and a life-long student of spiritual teachers. She sincerely incorporated her life lessons into a practical, positive, and powerful holistic process of self-growth and transformation in this book, “More Than Money: Five Paths to Abundance and Success for Inner-Centered Entrepreneurs,” Fatima’s goal is to share the Five Paths of Purpose, Passion, Pain, Promise, and Possibility with entrepreneurs and other readers to experience a deeper connection to their inner voice and true selves. Fatima introduces “Inner-centered Entrepreneurs”, a new way of entrepreneurship. Inner-centered means, a person’s choices, and actions in life and in business, come primarily from an inner voice that benefits the whole and planet Earth, and less from external sources that focus solely on money and profit.

Fatima is President of R&F Holistic Services and Gaia Flow Consulting, which provide leadership and organizational development programming and training for corporate, community businesses and non-profit organizations, as well as life coaching on career and personal health and well-being. Fatima serves on the Board of Filipino-American Chambers of Commerce as well as provides volunteer consulting, training, and coaching to non-profit organizations and community groups. Fatima has presented at national trade conferences of learning and development.
